A message dated June 29 was received stating the Governor signed the                                                            
following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies to                                                         
the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

     "An Act relating to terms of office for members of the Alcoholic                                                           
     Beverage Control Board; relating to the authority of the director of                                                       
     the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board; extending the termination                                                            
     date of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board; relating to the                                                              
     application of precedent to decisions of the Alcoholic Beverage
